RICK HIRSCHHAUT

With over 25 years of experience in home improvement and direct-to-consumer sales, Rick Hirschhaut has successfully scaled businesses, optimized operations, and built high-performing teams. Prior to joining Stiltz, he led national expansion efforts for American Standard Brands, Leaf Home Safety Solutions, and BCI Acrylic Bath Systems. Rick also brings eight years of franchise and entrepreneurial experience, having owned and operated a California Closets franchise. His extensive background in business growth and dealer networks makes him a valuable leader in Stiltz’s franchise development.
